Leveraging a background in Learning and Development Management, Event Program Design & Research, Membership Management, Strategic Marketing, Training, Business Development, and Sponsorship Management, Lynn has spearheaded JazCorp Australia's evolution.

Serving as the founder and Director since 2007, Lynn's vision is to bridge communication gaps and provide practical, educational, and innovative solutions across all disciplines.

As a strategic and solution-oriented thinker, Lynn has propelled the organization from a Corporate Network to overseeing 9 divisions of Multi-Discipline Sector groups.

These include Mining, Oceans and Environment, Water Quality Network, Safety managed, ADEB (Architects, Designers, Engineers, Builders), NDISDA SDA Housing and Disability, SDA Conferences and Events, and NDISLINK Events and Conferences.

The organization's headquarters is strategically located in WA, while its businesses operate nationally, boasting teams spread across the country. Jazcorp is united by a robust emphasis on educational (CPD), information, and commercial opportunities, dedicated to serving the needs of all stakeholders.

 

Lynn's out-of-the-box thinking, strategic marketing, and goal-focused approach have significantly expanded sector memberships nationwide.

Her dedication is evident in her meticulous research of each sector's needs in every state. She actively liaises with government representatives to ensure that each sector remains connected, updated, and informed on legal, compliance, challenges, and industry matters affecting their domain.

In her role as the National Program, Event and Client Director, Lynn leads a dynamic national team, adopting a hands-on approach to ensure the ongoing success of events, whether small or large, across the country.

 

Jazcorp additionally offers Continuous Professional Development workshops and conferences, many of which are conducted in a training format, with education and technical information serving as the primary basis for all events.
